Yoga For Back Pain

Back pain is no fun at all; I know, personally, that after standing on my feet for hours, my lower back is just screaming at me. It wasn’t until I started practicing yoga that I learned to stand properly, but was, also, able find poses that helped release the tension after a long day.

So when this infographic was offered to me, I thought “yes, I will share”.
