About Bianca

Classically trained at the renowned Northern Alberta Institute of Technology; during which time she competed in and won culinary competitions and honed her skills in fine dining restaurants through internship programs. Immediately following graduation, Bianca partnered with her good friend Christopher Macklon to launch a full service catering company; together they created stunning culinary events.

Bianca spent almost two years with Whisk Catering and then began to feel antsy; prompting her to accept the position of kitchen manager at The Common Lounge, creating delicious, pub friendly fare; and managing her kitchen team. Following the life changing revelation, that FOOD IS THE MOST POWERFUL TOOL for change in our lives, Bianca adopted a healthy, balanced and whole food approach to cooking and eating; and she quickly outgrew The Common.

With a burning desire to share her knowledge, she created The Vitality Guide For Women, to fuse her culinary expertise and real world nutritional approach.

Bianca’s core belief is that real food, prepared with an understanding of its benefits has the ability to change lives.
