    Hi,

My name is Alia and I am a writer and a blogger. I’m just getting in touch to ask if you’re open to reviewing content from freelance. If so, I’d love to put together a high-quality article written specifically for the site.
There is absolutely no charge for this and no strings attached; the only thing I would ask in return is that I’m able to include two do follow links to the sites of my choosing within the article – nothing shady or unethical, just one of the professional businesses I freelance for and I have some ideas that I think your readers would love:
    1.Teens, autism and sexuality
2.Sexual healing could add years to your life
3.Anti aging foods: eat healthy to stay beautiful
Do let me know if you’re interested, and if so I can write something for you over the course of the next few days.
    Regards
    Alia

Before I begin, I’d like to have your input on the specifics and what topics you may want covered.
I look forward to hearing from you!

    hi,
I saw your article on how to make a better Version of coconut oil and I was interested in trying it out. But my question is am I suppose to add the liquid inside the coconut, or I just go ahead n blend it without that.
Look forward to hearing from you so I can try it out. Thanks.

      Hi Debby,

You want to remove the liquid and use it elsewhere, in, say, a smoothie; if you use the water and meat, you won’t get the velvet consistency.

Please let me know how your manna making goes!

Hi I love your blog and I really need your help. I need to know what brand of the raspberry ketone is safe and authentic with no side effects. Also, I am worried that it may effect my fertility or reduce the chances of conceiving. Is that possible? Thanks for your input

      Hi Faryal,

Raspberry ketones are a product that only work in conjunction with other natural health supplements and should only be taken if your naturopath or nutrition consultant has prescribed them to you.

If you are trying to conceive I would stay away from them for now.

      Hope this helps:)

    Hi Bianca,

I am looking to do a one day cleanse with 2 co-workers of mine. My friend Reanne did it and said she felt great. Just wondering if these are geared more so towards woman or if it benefits both male and females? (since one of my co-workers is a male) I also work in Calgary, but would be able to pick up the juices on a sunday since I will be in Edmonton on the weekend. Please let me know when we would be able to get these.

    Thanks!

    Kayla

Can i use hemp protein to make hemp milk thanks

    • Bianca
      August 15, 2013 at 4:06 pm

      Hi Barb,

Making hemp seed milk with hemp powder isn’t really possible; the seeds provide bulk and creaminess to the milk. I would use the seeds themselves and not the powder.

      Hope this helps:)

    Hi Bianca,
I have Type 1 Diabetes and have tight control of my blood sugars. I would really like to do either your 2 Day or 3 Day Raw Rookie Cleanse, but I was wondering if you knew the nutritional break down of your juices? (ie. The carbohydrate & fibre in each juice; I would need to know this to figure out how much insulin (if needed) for each juice I would drink to ensure my blood sugars stay stabilized.
    Thanks,Amanda

    Hi Bianca,
I have Type 1 Diabetes and use an insulin pump. I have very tight control in my blood sugars. I’m considering doing your Raw Rookie Cleanse (either 2 or 3 day), but I was wondering if you would have the nutritional break down of your juices? (ie. Specifically the carbohydrate and fibre content of each juice), knowing this would help me in knowing exactly how much insulin to give to ensure my blood sugars stay stable throughout the cleanse.
    Thanks, Amanda
